You can also use them to pound yam or any other tuber of your choice. I used to eat pounded sweet potatoes and okro a lot when I just started. Wonder why I haven’t eaten it in a while. Most food processors come with blenders, so you get the two as one equipment and not clutter your kitchen. Get one soon, it’ll really come in handy more than a few times.
Though it is a piece of slightly pricier equipment, you need it if you like eating fried foods. An air fryer helps you fry anything without oil! It uses AIR! Amazing right! So, you can still have your potato fries, fried plantain, fried anything without packing on the calories from oil.
This is an equipment I use a lot. My girls love potato fries, most people do. With this I make for them without them having to deal with the health consequences of oil, particularly when heated at high temperatures as is needed in fries.

Stainless steel is generally not considered dangerous to human health and are safer for cooking as opposed to aluminum, copper and Teflon coated non-stick cookware.
Though they tend to burn easily but cleans right off after cooking if you are using a high quality stainless steel cookware.
Most gas or electric cookers usually come with ovens so you most likely will have this. But, if you don’t, you may have to get one as you’ll be making a lot of your treats your self. They are very useful and having them will make a lot of recipes come to life.
I probably use my oven as much as i use my cooker. It is that important.
Other kitchen Must- Haves
These are not extremely important but will go a long way in making your life easier.
- Measuring cups and spoons: For most baking recipes, the measurements have to be exact. Though I eyeball and freestyle a lot, they are very handy and quite inexpensive.
- Baking and muffin pan: Baking pans usually would come with your oven, but you’ll have to buy your muffin pan. You’ll need them for quite a number of recipes.
