Eat more! Weigh Less!!


Have you tried several diets or programs to lose weight but ended up being frustrated and felt defeated? I get you. I have been there. I had been overweight since I was 17, struggled with my weight for about 20 years. Tried all sorts of diets and exercise regimes but would see very minimal to no result.

Plus it was hard to sustain eating small portions.  I was always hungry, so that wouldn’t last. I even went ahead to take some pills to lose weight, when I read the side effects, I’d get scared and stop. Tried a lot of slimming teas been paraded on Instagram. Funny all those who sold them to me were overweight or obese. That should have been a sign right?

I am a very disciplined person so it wasn’t that I wasn’t disciplined. I actually went on a diet that made me lose a considerable amount of weight a few months after I had my second child. I was eating small portions but I decided to stick to it. I was told hunger was part of the package so I had to get used to it. In 6 months, I had lost a significant amount of weight. Don’t know if it was the diet but less than a month after I wasn’t producing enough milk and I had to switch her to formula. Thinking back, I feel bad about that.

After I had lost the weight and felt good about my self though I was still overweight, I started to gain it back as I began eating my usual portions. In a few months, I had gained it all back. This particular experience made me not really consider losing weight anymore. I thought even if I lost weight, I’d gain it back.

So when I say I get you, I really do. But there’s a better way! A way to lose weight without reducing food quantity. In fact, you’d probably eat more. And you’ll eat the foods you know, love, and are familiar with but will just learn a different way of making them. You can make 2 same dishes, One will be 400 calories and the other will be 2,400 calories. Looking at them, they’ll look the same but will be doing something different in the body.

Will you have to avoid some foods? Yes, but just a few and you’ll be eating a lot more. You’ll be surprised at how much food you’ll be able to eat and still lose weight. You’ll also look and feel younger! Look at my before and after pictures.

I have lost 32 kg (70 pounds) so far eating this way. And how do I know I’m not going to gain it back like the other time? Because, I love this way of preparing my food and eating, so I’m not going back to my old ways. I make my children’s food this way and they don’t notice a difference. In fact, they call me a chef now.. lol. They love the taste of my food better than it used to be. Also, I’m eating so much and not starving myself. I eat till I’m full and then some.
